A customer inquired about a vertical dental X-ray machine

A private dental clinic saw the vertical dental X-ray machine promoted by Newheek on the website and called for consultation. The customer sent a photo of the dental X-ray machine they used before and wanted to buy a same model. According to the photo, we learned that the customer used a vertical dental X-ray machine. Confirmed to the customer whether their current imaging system is film imaging or digital sensor imaging, and the customer replied that it uses digital sensors.
We sent the customer a photo of our vertical dental X-ray machine, as shown below, which is similar to the one previously used by the customer and can be replaced. And sent the technical parameters of this vertical dental X-ray machine to customers for reference. After looking at it, the customer decided to order one to be shipped.
