Recently, I received a customer’s inquiry about our wireless Bluetooth hand switch products. The customer is a dealer. One of his customers uses Samsung’s X-ray machine. He wants to buy our products to match. The customer asks if our products can match. So he adds the customer’s contact information and sends the customer information about our products in the past.

Then we told the customer that our product is a full dual mode bluetooth 4.0 protocol, and the connection is reliable. The customer decided to purchase and try it out first.
