Recently, American customers inquired about image intensifiers and digital cameras. Ask the customer what image intensifier is used, and the customer said that it is used with Toshiba’s image intensifier. Ask the customer for the specific model and pictures, and wait for the customer to reply.
Our image intensifiers can be configured with Toshiba, Thales, Siemens and OEC. Briefly introduce the structure of our company:
The innermost layer of the intensifier is a glass inner liner (that is, a reinforcing tube), and the outside is wrapped with black insulation for shading, which is the key component to realize the function of the intensifier;
The lead layer is on the outside, and its main function is to absorb and isolate X-rays that do not produce photoelectric effect;
Further out is the shielding layer of permalloy (not shown), which is mainly used to prevent external magnetic fields;
The outermost layer is the metal shell (ie the pipe sleeve), which mainly plays the role of protection and fixation.
Input flange (input end interface ring), made of aluminum, fixed input end, connected to the part of the diagnostic bed;
Filter plate, aluminum (ultra-thin, easy to scratch and deform), can be replaced with a wire grid, but the effect is not as good as a wire grid
Output flange (interface ring on output end), aluminum, part for fixing the output end and connecting the camera
