What problems should be paid attention to in the maintenance of X-ray machine

Recently, I received a customer inquiry about the maintenance of X-ray machine. The key points of normal inspection are: whether the bottom line is connected out, whether the X-ray tube sleeve has oil leakage, whether the temperature rise of the pipe head is too high, whether the machine operation is normal, whether the wire rope is broken, whether the knobs of the console are misplaced, etc.
Once abnormal is found, the power supply of X-ray machine should be cut off immediately for correction or replacement. In general, attention should be paid to dust removal, ensure the normal use of components, and replace them if necessary, and pay attention to prevent foreign matters from entering the X-ray machine and causing damage.
