X-ray image intensifier is an image intensifier which can transform the invisible X-ray image into visible image and enhance the brightness of the image.

Its main part is the image intensifier tube, which has input screen and output screen, so that the former enhances thousands of times the brightness of the image on the output screen imaging. The reinforcing tube is a glass vacuum tube. Considering the purpose of protection, a tube container is needed. This tube container also plays the role of shielding X-ray, electromagnetic field and protecting human body from high pressure damage. In addition, the intensifier also has a set of power supply, including the high-voltage power supply of the intensifier tube, the focus power supply and the power supply for driving the degassing ion pump in the intensifier tube. Image intensifier tube is the heart component of image intensifier.
