Recently, We have received inquiries from customers about the maintenance of X-ray machines.The customer’s X-ray machine image has dark shadows. Image processing system is the key component of image system, and image quality depends on the function of software processing and the accuracy of processing, and the accuracy of original data when collecting images.
The imaging system failures of X-ray machines mainly include no image, noise, blurred or distorted image. Therefore, when analyzing and repairing the fault, it is necessary to clearly judge whether the fault is caused by the damage of image processing system itself or by the damage of control system or power supply. This requires X-ray machine maintenance personnel to have a systematic, comprehensive maintenance thinking.
